What does it take to do this?
You guessed it! Volunteers!! We are still looking for lunch chairs and volunteers, and we especially NEED CHAIRS AT HOLDRUM! Without chairs we will not be able to offer lunch on the following days:
- 6th Grade: Thursday (Country Store) and Friday (Hold My Knots Pizza)
- 7th Grade: Monday (DiBari's and Azteca) and Friday (Hold My Knots Pizza)
- 8th Grade: Monday (DiBari's and Azteca) and Tuesday (Casa del Sole)
What does it mean to serve lunch or be a chairperson?
Chairpeople make a commitment for the school year to come in on the same day weekly (or bi-weekly with a co-chair) and to help find volunteers for their day. Volunteers sign up ahead of time, but come in when they can.
What does it mean to serve lunch?
At Roberge and Woodside the commitment is 11:50-12:45ish.
At Holdrum, you only come for your child’s lunch period, and the commitment is 20-30 min:
- 6th grade- 10:30-10:55
- 7th grade- 11:20-11:55
- 8th grade- 12:10-12:40
If you are interested in volunteering to serve lunch next year please fill out this form. You do not need to commit to come every week. Any day(s) you can give us are a great help!
