Canvas For Parents

Canvas is the district Learning Management System (LMS) where students and parents can see important class information including assignments, due dates and more. Parents have "Observer Accounts" that provide visibility into their child's education. 

Though these accounts are optional for parents, we do strongly recommend that you take advantage of them if you would like to see teacher course pages.
(Note: Course/Class information will only be available during the active school year and not during summer months)

  • See all of your students class/course information in one simple interface
  • See assignments, due dates and more
  • A secure environment for collaboration (only registered users have access)
  • Download the Canvas Mobile App for use on your smartphone (Note: The mobile app has limited access to certain areas of Canvas)

Please find a user manual below if you have not setup your account yet. (Follow the directions carefully)

- Parent accounts are pre-created by the district. Please do not attempt to create your own account. Pairing codes are not necessary for parents to connect with their students. As long as the instructions below are followed, parents and students are connected automatically. If you follow the instructions and do not see any of your students, please use the form below to contact us for assistance.
