Facilities Usage Forms & Policies

formsThe Board of Education believes that the school facilities of our district should be made available for community purposes. Please click here to review the BOE’s Policy (7510) and click here to review the Regulations (R7510) regarding Use of School Facilities.

To request use of our classrooms, gyms, etc., please complete each of the following documents: 


1.   Facilities Use Application and Guidelines
2.   Hold Harmless Agreement
3.   Statement of Compliance

All three forms, as well as your organization’s Certificate of Liability Insurance, must then be submitted together for review via email to [email protected], facsimile to 201-358-2489 or regular mail to the River Vale Board of Education, 609 Westwood Avenue, River Vale, NJ, 07675, Attn: Mrs. Christina Roveccio, Buildings & Grounds Department.

Prevention of a sports-related concussion and head injuries is an important component of the school district’s program. A concussion is a traumatic brain injury caused by a direct or indirect blow to the head or body. In order to ensure the safety of pupils that participate in interscholastic athletics, it is imperative that student-athletes, coaches, and parents are educated about the nature and treatment of sports-related concussions and other head injuries.
